Eric's philosophy is that putting the needs of his clients first has always been his primary objective. As Eric's business grew, Eric realized that the team concept was the next step in order to maintain the same level of service that his clients had come to expect so Eric began the search for the best team concept in the real estate industry. Eric met Christopher Invidiata from Oakville Canada at a RE/MAX top agent summit in 2008. Christopher's team - The Invidiata Team has ranked #1 in Canada since 2004, and recently achieved the prestigious honor of being the #1 RE/MAX Team worldwide for 2007. Working with Christopher, Teams International USA was formed.
A firm believer in giving back to the community, Eric makes a contribution to the Gillette Children's Hospital for every home that we sell.
Eric attributes much of his success to the support and dedication of the team. He has assembled a team of dedicated and professional full-time sales agents who are able to provide clients with an analysis of current market trends through research and state-of-the-art technology. "Our team is committed to understanding the needs and wants of our clients and applying our expertise to achieve their goals," insists Eric, "We still treat each client like they are our only client".

Prior to joining Teams International with Re/Max Results, Terra started her real estate career working as a relocation coordinator with one of Chicago’s most prestigious real estate firm. While executing the detailed management process of placing referrals nationally and internationally Terra aspired to further her real estate career in sales and marketing. Pursuing her new career path Terra joined a top producing real estate team and assisted in closing over 30 million dollars in annual business. With Terra’s decision to relocate to Minneapolis, she recognized the importance of partnering with the right real estate professional and is confidant Teams International enables her success. Terra is positive that her knowledge and experience, as well as, her responsiveness, flexibility, and understanding of market conditions and trends are key factors that make her a superior advocate for her clients. Terra currently resides in the heart of the Warehouse District in Minneapolis. In her spare time she enjoys dining at new restaurants, cooking, wine tasting, and shopping while enjoying the company of friends and family. She was raised in Peoria, IL and graduated from the University of Iowa where she was involved in a number of charities.
